Manny is a seasoned healthcare leader with nearly 25 years of experience spanning clinical settings, immuno-oncology, clinical strategy, and cross-functional leadership. He holds a degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and later pursued both a nursing degree and a Master's in Nursing Leadership in Acute Care from East Carolina University.

With extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and commercial expertise gained at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Manny has played a pivotal role in supporting innovative product launches, driving complex international initiatives, and delivering strategic clinical insights to improve patient outcomes. His unique combination of scientific expertise and business strategy ensures that healthcare solutions are both effective and commercially viable.

Outside of his professional achievements, Manny enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and four pets. Based in Madrid, Spain, he has a passion for travel, road cycling, international music, and learning new languages.
